End-to-End event management services. We worked very closely with White House Restaurant who provided the setup logistics (tents, drapes). White House also provided all the food and beverage services for all the groups of people.
We managed the State Officials entourage that presided over the event (The Prime Minister, Head of Government to be specific), crowd control, decoration, mobile restrooms, hostess management, protocol, branding & signage and impresario services.
